A-Lin 懷孕時因不忌口產後一度胖到 81 公斤,為了重返歌壇,她努力瘦身,現在終於恢復 49 公斤的好身材,A-Lin 也不藏私地分享她的瘦身秘笈,遵循著「七分靠飲食,三分靠運動」的原則,除了每天大量運動積極健身外,對於飲食 A-Lin 可是斤斤計較,打造獨特的「燕麥瘦身菜單」,早餐吃五種蔬果和五穀燕麥,午餐則以一份燙青菜、兩份肉跟五穀燕麥為主,晚餐也只吃青菜和五穀燕麥。
