從以前就一直很喜歡吃麥片，對我來說麥片是一種生活態度，是每天早晨的饗宴，是一天好心情的來源。
麥片微脆的口感，搭上牛奶滑順的香味，我相信很多人都無法抗拒。
只是對於愛美的少女來說，控制熱量也很重要，很多市售的麥片都加了太多糖分，一大早吃其實也不太健康。
終於 我認識了「Mestemacher 德國 Viola 綜合水果穀片」，常常早起運動的我，對於早餐的選擇總是不多。
要吃的健康有營養，又要吃的飽不油膩，實在是有點難，但是因為綜合水果穀片，讓我的早餐有了更多選擇！
我以前都很抗拒無糖的食物，但是因為添加了水果片，還有超酥脆的穀片，讓我一吃就愛上，完全忘記他是無糖的麥片啦～
我最常吃的是水果穀片加上低脂牛奶，再配上活力滿點的香蕉，綜合水果穀片中有冷凍的乾燥草莓乾及杏桃，還有葡萄乾和堅果類，使整份麥片有甜甜的水果香，能夠滿足女孩們的早餐幻想～
吃完出門都覺得好輕盈，不僅僅只是好吃還能夠提供營養的能量，去完成早上的任何活動！
還有阿，外食族的困擾之一就是常常嘴饞不知道要吃什麼，但是綜合水果穀片，解決了我這個外食族的早餐及消夜危機～
我自己是很愛很愛吃水果的人，所以我都會加上更多健康蔬果，像是方便沖洗的小番茄及奇異果，補充更多維他命 C，也可以讓麥片的口感更豐富
有時候覺得想多點變化，我會用無糖優格代替牛奶，加上一些小藍莓和綜合水果穀片，
水果甜甜的香味，濃郁搭上的優格，真的一吃就會上癮～
這也是我從國外偷偷學回來的早餐搭配法呢！而且熱量不高，還可以促進腸胃的蠕動，完全是少女們的好幫手。
運動後的飢餓也可以靠它來解決，出門前我都習慣先裝兩大匙進我的隨身杯中，運動完只要去便利商店買杯牛奶，直接倒進去就完成了，方便又超營養！
大家都說健康的食物很難好吃，但是這份營養水果穀片，可以滿足嘴饞的口腹之慾，還可以同時滿足補充營養的功能。
而且超大包裝，我都吃了幾十次還是依然滿滿滿，真的有被實在的份量給嚇到，價格也是超親民的啦！
最後想告訴大家，不同的吃法，可以創造不同的心情。
想喝熱的，就加上沖泡後的熱可可吧，配上脆脆的堅果和麥片真的是幸福滿點，各種吃法任你搭配，因為無糖的健康水果穀片，配什麼飲品都適合，只要自己喜歡，就是最棒的吃法。
