今天選擇了一款 [德國 G&G ]有機亞麻籽五珍寶燕麥片 。 它的分量十足啊！一包下來有 750 公克。它的穀物分類是 Muesli。

另外另外～我還有一樣麥片要推薦給大家 ： [德國 Hahne ] 漢妮綜合水果穀物燕麥片。這個真的也很好吃～酸酸甜甜的滋味我想應該是女孩兒都無法抗拒的吧！它的成分有：燕麥、麥片、綜合水果乾（葡萄乾、香蕉片、無花果脆片、杏桃脆片、蘋果脆片）、玉米片、葵花籽、麥芽、米粉。而一大包也有 1000 公克喔！像我的話大約可吃個一個月噢！

基本上我不只早餐會吃，晚餐偶爾也會吃，有時搭配些水果這樣吃起來就很有飽足感了，跟我一樣正在減肥的女孩兒也可以這樣搭配著吃噢！不僅美味又健康呢！
