喜歡 naturSource 野莓那天然的味道

很開心可以收到早餐吃麥片的試吃文，認識我的朋友一定都知道我超愛吃這種東西，先不論它對身體有甚麼幫助，我就只是單純愛吃，可以收到試吃文真是超開心超期待的！一回家就立刻試吃了！

 

500g 一整包的試吃，超級滿足。

我個人喜歡麥片的口感是要有咀嚼感的，脆脆的，有嚼勁的，一定不能只有麥片， 而是要有果乾或者其他玉米片類。剛好試吃的產品正符合我的要求。加拿大 naturSource 草莓野莓燕麥片裡面有：草莓、蔓越莓、藍莓，其中口感是嚼勁帶點脆，微微甜度，打開的時候果乾和麥片的香味撲鼻而來，無添加人工甜味劑、人工色素、人工香料、0g 反式脂肪，完全感受到天然的味道，帶子本身是夾鏈袋設計這個真的超貼心，因為麥片容易受潮。

身邊沒有優格，只好用牛奶來代替，永遠覺得有嚼勁的麥片搭配優格絕對是絕配啊～比起牛奶還更有飽足感，所以我自己都是優格 + 麥片 來解決我的一餐，相信蠻多人都不喜歡吃燕麥片或是優格牛奶。其實燕麥片不一定要加在優格或牛奶中，沙拉或者水果也是很棒的選擇。

對於我三餐在外，又不想吃太油膩、選擇又少的人來說，麥片真是我的好朋友！因為愛吃，尋覓了很多牌子，以前會去 costco 買，種類很多但有地雷，因為很多都只能看外包裝購買啊～～發現早餐吃麥片這個網站後，更加方便！這個網站很多國家的麥片都吃的到 ! ! !而且我超愛混搭， 一碗裡面幾乎都會有 3-4 種，所以我真的很常大量購買呢。
