買了早餐吃麥片穀片後，我早上都直接用馬克杯或碗裝優酪乳跟麥片泡來一起吃：yogActive 草莓優格穀片

以前我總是說自己很胖、想減肥，但好像肉越減越多 。而我早餐總是不知道要吃甚麼，又很懶得用，常常都是早餐沒吃就趕著去早八上課了，這樣超不健康的。平常住校，三餐都吃外食，外食很油膩，不吃的話就會餓死哈哈。但是自從我買了早餐吃麥片的穀片後，我早上都直接用馬克杯或碗裝優酪乳跟麥片泡來一起吃就可以了，也不用煩惱早餐要吃甚麼。(上次忘了拍裡面麥片的獨照了QQ)

上次買的瑞士草莓，我也超愛～我上次買的是瑞士全家草莓口味的，我真的超愛！！！它裡面是真的有草莓乾，而且不少呢，然後它其實滿重的，分量很多，我室友看我一直吃就問我說，你怎麼吃這麼久還沒吃完啊～

再者我一直對那種脆脆的麥片情有獨鍾，可能是因為小時候都會吃脆脆的麥片吧，真的沒想到第一次買的麥片就這麼合我胃口，我真的超感動的，這樣叫我的荷包情何以堪啊！然後這次的是yogActive 草莓優格穀片，看照片就知道了，我真的是一倒出來就是滿滿的草莓片耶！

哦對了~我有一個比較特殊的癖好，就是我很喜歡用無糖的優酪乳加麥片，牛奶我反而覺得還好，沒有那麼喜歡:P 因為我覺得無糖的優酪乳可以襯托出麥片最真實的味道，吃起來也別有風味喔，建議想嘗試另一種口味的女孩可以試試看～　♥
