今天要介紹的是-雀巢 FITNESSE 纖怡早餐脆片

想要擁有健美的好體態,除了運動健身外,「吃」也是很重要的。因此「聰明擇食」是實行減肥瘦身的我近期目標。然而對我這種外宿的上班族來說,麥片是非常方便又健康的早餐好選擇。雀巢 FITNESSE 纖怡早餐脆片有 53% 的全穀成分及不到 1.5% 的低脂配方,名副其實的高纖低脂。另外更添加了鈣、鐵等豐富礦物質,實則是款非常適合女性的麥片選擇~

比起一般加入果乾或堅果類的麥片來說纖怡早餐脆片成分相對單純,僅有一般的麥片(但價錢也相對可愛許多~),口感酥脆香甜,我個人很喜歡那種麥片咬久所散發出來的天然穀香,越嚼越有滋味~我是個習慣早起在家悠閒吃早餐的人,而只要有麥片、豆漿、水果,均衡豐盛的早餐就輕鬆完成囉!無糖豆漿是我認為搭配麥片的最佳夥伴(運動狂熱者對豆漿的偏愛 XD )麥片本身的淡甜已很足夠,再配上偏酸含豐富維他命 C 的水果(EX: 奇異果),整碗麥片的口感趨於完美,淡甜微酸加清爽、豆漿的香醇是我最愛的滋味。

當然偶爾我也會用鮮奶泡麥片,再加上一點 OREO ,牛奶、麥片、OREO 也是絕配鐵三角

甚至當我經期來的時候,我會直接換上熱可可!!泡上熱的飲品時,麥片更為軟化,吃起來比較像是麥片粥的感覺,有不同的口感。大姨媽來時即使只能喝熱的也是好幸福阿~

除了早餐之外,由於減肥的需要,常常我的午餐也是用麥片解決的喔!別人帶的是便當,姐帶的是麥片,整個麥片中毒很深 XDDDDDDDD 通常我都把麥片、豆漿分裝好後直接帶出門,到公司直接把豆漿倒入然後開吃,真的很方便啊!!

BTW,午餐通常我會把兩種麥片混合在一起吃,最常加的就是德國 Viola 綜合水果穀片。兩種麥片類型不一樣,加上 Viola 綜合水果穀片含有果乾,整個口感、層次更加豐富~

最後,豆漿泡麥片加上香蕉通常也是我運動完後的最佳進食選擇。適時、適量地補充蛋白質和碳水化合物,不必擔心熱量過高,輕鬆享受無負擔~~~
