今天試吃的是「 Post 香蕉堅果穀物燕麥片」,裡面有燕麥、大麥、核桃、烘烤香蕉等等,香蕉跟堅果本來就是絕配啊!而且營養也是滿分!早餐是一整天的開始,也是活力的來源,一定要吃好的澱粉和蛋白質才能健康有精神!

老實說,我以前是個麵包愛好者,對又香又酥的麵包真的毫無抵抗力!最期待一早睜開眼睛就有麵包可以吃,一個吃不飽,有時候甚至要吃到兩個!但是,萬萬沒想到,麵包居然是減肥的頭號公敵!那些美味的起司蛋餅、燒餅油條、漢堡等等,也全都是熱量高到破錶的早餐!如果再加上一杯紅茶或奶茶,那妳就離瘦身和健康更遠了!

妳可能會說,外面買早餐快速又方便,自己準備多費時啊!我跟妳一樣,早上很懶很怕麻煩,恨不得多睡幾分鐘!(尤其每天要花將近一小時通勤到政大……) 那到底要怎麼樣,才能簡簡單單吃頓健康早餐呢?穀物麥片 + 無糖豆漿 or 低脂鮮奶,就是其中一個答案!

一起床馬上把麥片倒入碗中,再加上豆漿或牛奶泡個幾分鐘,(可依照個人喜好的口感調整時間),一頓美味營養的早餐就完成了!等待麥片軟化那段期間,可以刷牙、洗臉、換衣服,甚至化妝,一點都不浪費時間呢!
