燕麥義式脆餅，一起帶去野餐吧?

義式脆餅義大利文 BISCOTTI，意思為二次烘烤 ( 對，他要分兩次烤 )；第一次接觸這款餅乾是在星巴克買的，切面充滿堅果與果乾 BISCOTTI，看起來很豐富；打開包裝然後馬上咬了一口，發現 『 WTF 也太硬了！！，完全咬不斷，我就一個人在位子上面像一隻小狗狗狂啃保祿，但神色很憤怒；於是我就索性把 BISCOTTI 泡在咖啡裡面擺爛；殊不知吸飽咖啡的 BISCOTTI 竟然變得超讚的，不僅容易食用，咖啡、堅果與果乾都在嘴巴裡面綻放它們的美好。』

BISCOTTI，它的熱量好低，完全無奶油。找一款超華麗麥片：比利時 Tilo’s 巧克力麥片

BISCOTTI 還有一個優點，就是熱量很低，完全沒有使用奶油；而且乾燥的質地容易保存，做好一批放在密封的保鮮盒裡，隨時都可以拿出來當一根寶路。
我最近發現史上最懶 BISCOTTI 備料方法；就是找一款超華麗麥片，就是那種充滿堅果與果乾的麥片；完全太方便了阿，家裡就只要有雞蛋麵粉就可以做出超澎拜 BISCOTTI；於是這次我找內含榛果跟巧克力的麥片；做一個奢侈的巧克力口味 BISCOTTI 。

材料：

乾性材料

  • 燕麥 130 g，比利時 Tilo’s 巧克力麥片
  • 低筋麵粉 230 g
  • 砂糖 or 黃糖 130 g
  • 泡打粉 1 tsp (茶匙)
  • 小蘇打粉 1/2 tsp
  • 可可粉 1 Tsp (大匙)
  • 鹽 1/4 tsp

濕性材料

  • 雞蛋 2 顆
  • 蔬菜油 2 tsp
  • 香草精 1/2 tsp

額外配料：巧克力 / 堅果 / 果乾隨意

步驟
1. 將乾性材料混和均勻備用。

3. 將步驟 1 混和步驟 2。
4. 將額外配料拌入麵團。

5. 放入冰箱讓麵糰冷靜約 30 分鐘，同時烤箱預熱 190 度

6. 烘烤約 20-30 分鐘，麵團的狀態是用手指去按壓會有 QQ 回彈的手感

7. 將半熟的麵團取出放涼約 15 分鐘 ( 烤箱降溫至 140 度 )

8. 將半熟的麵團切片，平鋪烤盤，再入 140 的烤箱烘烤約 15 – 20分鐘即可取出放涼
