入秋了!來碗日式味噌海帶燕麥粥

最近天氣變得不穩定時而涼時而熱,真的是入秋了!

入秋除了要注意季節變換之季的衣著保暖還要注意飲食呢~

因為早晚溫差大的關係,通常一大早起床其實天氣都還偏涼,身體在剛起床的時候也很需要溫暖的能量!

題外話是說除了早餐常吃麥片外,要說各國料理中我最常吃的就是日式料理了!

吃完不會覺得有負擔,簡單的料理方式卻帶出食材最天然的美味~

所以今天打算拿味噌湯作為主角嘿嘿

就先來看看今天準備了哪些食材吧!

  1. 有機即食大燕麥片
  2. 味噌
  3. 海鮮海帶芽

 

即食大燕麥片跟一般大燕麥片區別又在哪呢?

其實很簡單真的只是在於可以即食,用熱水或是牛奶等泡一下就馬上可以食用了!

應用於不需要過多複雜程序的料理上用即食燕麥最剛好!

然後海帶芽的部分因為我很愛吃海鮮!

所以我連選的海帶芽都是含海鮮的哈哈

因為這樣簡單沖泡就會有海鮮的鮮甜味,而且我好愛吃海帶!

入秋非常適合,不但可以降脂清腸胃還可以美容排毒喔嘿嘿

第一步 舀大概三大湯匙即食燕麥置於碗中
