有鑒於日前衛福部食藥署檢驗市售燕麥片的結果，早餐吃麥片第一時間也注意到消息，為了替商城上消費者的健康把關，特發出聲明。早餐吃麥片平台上，並未（曾）販售過此次事件檢驗出有問題產品之麥片，請顧客們安心食用。

台灣燕麥農藥殘留容許量與國際標準不一？

衛生福利部食品藥物管理署於 5/26 公布「105年燕麥產品抽驗計畫」抽檢報告，共抽驗市售 36 件燕麥片產品，其中 10 件檢出農藥「嘉磷塞」，台灣針對燕麥片嘉磷塞檢驗定量極限為 0.1 ppm，超標產品檢出值介於 0.1 至 1.8 ppm。

因我國未種植燕麥，且過往也沒有進口商申請制定燕麥的嘉磷塞，這個廣泛用在各國農產品除草劑之殘留容許量，食藥署北區區管中心副主任王德原表示，因此台灣進口的燕麥產品都採最嚴格標準，即為不得檢出。

根據美國及國際食品法典委員會規定的「嘉磷塞」含量為 30 ppm，歐盟及日本 20 ppm、加拿大 15 ppm、澳洲 0.1 ppm。台大農藝系教授郭華仁表示，同是嘉磷塞農藥殘留容許量，進口黃豆高達 10ppm、同屬大豆類的毛豆是 0.2ppm、燕麥則是不得檢出，可見標準差很大，食藥署制定藥殘的方式有問題，燕麥的標準和國際脫軌，進口黃豆卻沒有考量國人食用習慣，以進口商方便為主，導致大量基改黃豆進口，食藥署應盡快站在消費者立場訂定嚴格的標準。詳請參考《燕麥片抽驗 28%嘉磷塞農藥殘留不合格｜上下游市集》全文

 

另外，姑且不說燕麥裡台灣檢出除草劑殘留量合理與否，依據毒物專家的看法，1.8ppm 代表 60 公斤成人一天要吃超過 10 公斤才有中毒風險。因此，若有消費者在其他通路買到上述被食藥署驗出的問題產品也不需要太恐慌。（再次強調，早餐吃麥片未曾販售過「上述被檢驗出有問題的產品」，請消費者安心食用我們所挑選的產品）

 

台灣桂格 ≠ 美國桂格

這次檢驗出的燕麥片多為美國的燕麥原料，美國的桂格廠商和台灣的桂格廠商原料不同，台灣的桂格廠商佳格公司進口的是澳洲的燕麥片後在台灣包裝。目前早餐吃麥片商城上販售的皆是 台灣桂格 的燕麥片。
