世界衛生組織 (WHO) 說,今天的人攝取太多糖了。WHO 周三公布的最新減糖指南說,每天最多六到 12 茶匙。有個衡量尺度:單單一罐蘇打飲料,就超過此量。所以,甜甜圈別碰。早餐別吃糖份太高的食品,果汁、啤酒和蕃茄醬也別碰。不過,新指南不包括自然發生於水果、蔬菜和鮮乳裡的糖。WHO 說,紮實的證據顯示,把糖限制在每天能源攝取量 10% 以內,絕對能降低體重過重、肥胖症和蛀牙的風險。
